Herbal Remedies for Fall & Winter is a beginner-friendly class to learn common herbal preparations to support the body through the season.

We will discuss:

  • A deep-dive into the immune system and its function as our body’s intelligent defense system

  • Immune-modulation and resilience: Herbs, mushrooms, and foods for supporting and maintaining a healthy immune system

  • Responding to illness: Herbal therapeutics for supporting different organ systems affected by viral illnesses, and for treating common symptoms such as fever, congestion, sore throats, fatigue and more

  • Auto-immunity and viral illness: How auto-immune conditions might change how we support our bodies through acute illness

This class also includes a detailed discussion on the process of making elderberry syrup, with materials provided for students to formulate a syrup to meet their unique needs, and take home everything they need to make it in their own kitchen.

Please note: The “Recording Only” option provides access to a google drive folder where audio recordings and the presentation will be uploaded. Due to technology limitations, I am unable to provide a video recording of the class at this time.
