Who We Are

The heart of my practice, and the sun in which everything else orbits around, is my devotion to the Pacific Northwest. It is my hope that each branch of my business touches people in unique ways, while simultaneously bringing them into deeper connection with themselves and the land I call home.

Our bioregional apothecary is filled with herbal products for the body, mind, and spirit. We feature a broad range of plant & mushroom remedies, including teas, tinctures, skin and bodycare. I’m proud of how our products are sourced - featuring plants grown on my property in Snohomish County, sustainably wild-harvested by me, and/or sourced from farms I love here in Washington & Oregon. I choose to support farms, apiaries, distilleries, and other businesses here in the Pacific Northwest that contribute to a resilient local food system & economy.

Body + Land connection for our community is at the heart of our business. We seek to create spaces that are accessible and inspiring, bringing together an interdisciplinary approach to wellness that includes herbalism, ecology, and more. We offer in-person classes throughout the year, and host free community nature walks once a season.
